Fix minor SECURITY.md style issues
**Summary** Adjust according to the [Style Guide](https://help.getsol.us/docs/user/contributing/style/): - No Latin abbreviations (removed the term altogether since it seemed redundant) - Sentence case for headings Remove the repetition in one of the sentences.
