a3f8992766 Fix issue 18634 - support for delegate comparators in rbtree 
RedBlackTree.opEquals() was preventing the use of delegates by
explicitly forcing the equal() check to go through a function.

d698887729 Remove obsolete TypeTuple references 
Replace following names:
std.typetuple      -> std.meta
TypeTuple          -> AliasSeq
ParameterTypeTuple -> Parameters
FieldTypeTuple     -> Fields

std.traits requires more work than search/replace and is left unchanged.
