04f3979317 Replace 'Issue XXX' with Bugzilla links 
Make the links clickable, as was done in the DMD repository.
Also avoids any ambiguity w.r.t. where the issue is stored.

1e5739f8ef Remove AA comparison from std.xml 
The compiler has historically been doing a cast(void *) for AA compares,
which doesn't make much sense. Make it explicit to preserve existing
behaviour, until this module is replaced.
