Janice Caron	2cf7ea22a0	Added new struct Buffer!(), and new functions validLength(), canEncode() and safeDecode. And more unit tests. sanitize() can now sanitize overlong sequences (e.g. 6-byte UTF-8 sequences) into a single replacement character, as required.	2008-02-28 19:36:22 +00:00
