1a2ef53923 document that chunkSize must be greater than zero 
There's an assert(chunkSize != 0) in the constructor which needs to be
documented.

d698887729 Remove obsolete TypeTuple references 
Replace following names:
std.typetuple      -> std.meta
TypeTuple          -> AliasSeq
ParameterTypeTuple -> Parameters
FieldTypeTuple     -> Fields

std.traits requires more work than search/replace and is left unchanged.

f070f0e379 Fix missing ditto in std.range.chooseAmong. 
Whcih causes the second overload to be undocumented and the ddoc'd
