- make std.traits helpers phobos internal
- rename isStringLike to isConvertibleToString for clearer documentation

Remove obsolete TypeTuple references
...
Replace following names:
std.typetuple -> std.meta
TypeTuple -> AliasSeq
ParameterTypeTuple -> Parameters
FieldTypeTuple -> Fields
std.traits requires more work than search/replace and is left unchanged.

Accept EISDIR as an error code for mkdir.
...
Older versions of Linux, older versions of FreeBSD, and current versions
of Darwin can return EISDIR to signal an existing directory[1]. Accept
that as a possible return code.
