78f2b5a420 add colored output option 
also adds a simpler way to invoke D-Scanner for users that uses this new
UI by default: `dscanner lint FILES...`

eceb2743a8 rename .dscanner.ini to dscanner.ini 
There doesn't really seem to be any reason to keep it a non-standard path.
